So you guys seem to be on top of banning new players for hitting trees out in the wild. But when they come out and ask to be unbanned because they didn't know they were in someone farm you all of a sudden go dark. Idk if Oculyn is the only mod in charge of bans and unbans but they are not very good at it. If you have the audacity to ban new players with no warning, don't be surprised when your server has no players and all the mods are just playing alone.

Thank you for the constructive criticism on our staff team. As it happens, our staff do unfortunately have lives of their own and cannot maintain that 24/7 time on the server we all want to achieve, so sometimes some things may happen at a delay. I'll make sure the advice on keeping a living server passes on to our almost 10 year owner, thank you!
Oh you right. Your mods have so much of a life they only have time to get online to ban someone and get back offline for another 4 days. I'm assuming all of your other mods also were just offline for the last 4 days?
Unless a week+ goes by or the original staff who banned you has gone inactive, it is up to the person who banned you to respond. The staff who banned you not responding is not a major issue for another few days.
