I suggest that this server should have a move relearner at spawn because as of an update ages ago, move relearners do not spawn naturally in pokecenters anymore. They have to be spawned in. Move relearners are so important because let's say you catch a wild Swampert at lvl 41, and its moveset is Growl, Mud-Slap, Water Gun, and Foresight. It pretty much ends up being useless since the moveset is terrible. I mean, you can apply TMs and HMs to it and all, but Swampert can learn some pretty good moves that can't be taught by TMs and HMs, such as Muddy Water and Mud Bomb. But it learns Muddy Water and Mud Bomb at levels 39 and 25, respectively, and only move relearners can give it those moves. Therefore, a move relearner at spawn would be a great idea in my opinion and I hope you can take this idea into consideration
