Limitless Pixelmon

Hi! I have noticed that the NPC move tutor and trainer spawn rates have gotten lower. So I was wondering if you could raise them cause it's pretty hard to get money otherwise. Also the move tutor spawns could be increased I think! Thanks!

This was a bug with pixelmon. The Trader NPC's we're spawning so much it was forcing all other npcs to spawn at a lower rate.
It was fixed in beta9.
