We should Get a get a new Rank when we beat all the gyms available. Example :

And we should have the champions league on the server ....
There should be a champions gym where the players that beat all the gyms on the server can compete. This can be a good suggestion because it can make people stay on the server longer trying to accomplish this challenge. Some rules for the Champion Gym :
No legends allowed
all level 100's
No Choice Items allowed
simple rules like this makes it fair and fun.
