Limitless Pixelmon

The idea is people want to be able to select or lock some hot bars to prevent them from being able to use the q key to drop them to prevent them from losing higher value items/tools.

Alternatively we could make it so it requires a double tap of q to drop tools or other non normally dropped items.

getting a lock is safer than getting a double tap to drop as you know for sure nothing will drop

Is there any chance that the above section could be split.
