Legend Spawn On Certain Vote amount

I think having a legend spawn on a certain vote amount(ex 250) would be great, not only would it increase the amount of votes the server gets due to people wanting a legend to spawn but it will also give people a extra chance or two daily to have a legend spawn on them.
