New Player Help

We need something to inform new players how to start, whether it appear in chat or have signs posted at spawn. As a starter in a new server I would like to know /kit starter, and that you can do /rtp when you have a lvl 15 pokemon. Just something to help new players without having to ask others what to do (being overwhelmed when joining a new server can cause players to disconnect without giving it a chance)
