Can't join the server! (maybe launcher problems)

Hello everyone!
After more than a year without a PC to play, I finally get it!
I have a problem getting on the server!
I'm using the launcher "Shiginima Launcher SE v3.100". Is it any problem with that?
In launcher I use the username HUGUETA

With another launcher I get a different error (Titan Minecraft Launcher 3.6.1)
