Lost Pokemon - Suicune

I (penguinboii) was going to trade something to xCooki3 and I put suicune in my PC not replacing it with a new pokemon. I then logged off because xCooki3 had to go not thinking it would be an issue to leave an empty space.
After I logged back in (about 2 hours later) the suicune was not in my PC when I checked in all boxes.
Then we contacted Topherlan to explain the situation and he said to come and post on the forum. He mentioned that it might be the duplication glitch with the PC.
