Limitless Pixelmon

I placed my Farfetch'd into my p.c and left the p.c only to find a Bulbasour replacing it in my Pokemon inventory at level -1 for some odd reason, I healed my Pokemon and went back to my p.c only to find that the Bulbasour had been replaced with another Farfetch'd identical to the one I had previously placed into the p.c
I don't know how to place photos here so I will leave a screenshot in the discord support channel under the discord username Cutie#5787, I hope you will take this duplicated Farfetch'd from me and attempt to patch whatever glitch happened.
