Texture pack or not, xray gives you unfair advantage and is clearly stated as disallowed in the rules.
However due to you not being honest in this appeal, you will remain banned.
You were warned for xraying 20 minutes before your ban, when you admitted, and even offered to screen share in discord to prove that you've removed it.
