What happened right before you were banned?:[I was at my plot of land (not the plot in the sky), and I was banned. I did not claim any of the land up there, my friend RESTIC had. We kept teleporting to him and when they told us to leave, I left.]

Denied.

I don't really understand how you assume that we can't check claims, but we can. You claimed the area that was not built by you, and when you were asked to remove it, you said "no, it's unclaimed, so it's free". When prompted to read the rules, you refused, insisting that unclaimed areas are free to claim by anyone. Take a few days to cool down, read the rules, and if you understand and agree with them, submit another appeal.
