Reason for ban: Continual player disrespect after multiple warnings

What happened right before you were banned?: Went to sleep.
Additional Notes: I've taken the last 3 weeks to think about my mistakes I've made on the server. I have realized what I've done was childish and I would like a chance to keep playing.
