I believe we should have a proper chance to explain what happened before a moderator viciously bans you, even though you didn't get banned fairly, i think everyone should get a proper chance to speak before the get banned

If you are online a moderator will message you and ask questions, if you are offline, the moderator has to ban you because there may not come a chance where they can message you.

To add on to Gilman2's post, If there's no chance we speak to them ingame, we give them the opportunity to explain it on the forums.

I totally agree. The mods ban people without even questioning. I was online, then automatically, without having anything said to me, I was banned. And if it's something really bad, I could understand, but some of the stuff is misunderstood and the mods think that they can just ban before even knowing what happened.
