Did not receive purchased pokemon

Good evening,
I purchased a normal mew around 10:45 PM. Since my box was full, I checked the PC a good time after it had alerted the server of my payment. The mew was not in my PC. I checked every box multiple times, relogged, etc etc. Please assist. Thank you.
