Limitless Pixelmon

Hello, so today i purchased a Shiny Rayquaza from the store, money went through and the msg popped up in the server chat but i didn't receive the Rayquaza. It can be seen on the recent donations page that I have bought the Rayquaza as well. Any help would be appreciated.
