Does transform still crashes the server? Or it is fixed?

Dittos transform is fixed but only ditto's.

From what I've heard in-game, the owner disabled ditto spawning in an earlier update. Might be he plans to add it as a cash shop option or something.

Dittos were disabled due to crashing the server. Since they no longer cause this error, they are no longer disabled. You're information is out of date.

i never disabled spawning. i disabled battling them, and i removed that when i updated the server, it was only blocked to prevent Dittos Transfroming from crashing the server.
Please dont accuse me of doing something i didn't, we have never removed any thing from the game for our profit.

It's nothing like that, just that no one apparently mentioned the crash ditto caused, only that it was removed and couldn't be found in the wild.
