Never getting my free shiny weedle

Hi my IGN is ventriloquist.
Whilst playing the pokemon game I bought the free shiny package and chose weedle, but after waiting 30 minutes and going through a restart, i never received my weedle.
Thank you for your help, and if you are able to give me a weedle that would be nice.

I'd personally talk to a Moderator in-game or on the forums about the issue and see if they can assist you there
