Ban Appeals [READ BEFORE POSTING]

So you think you've been banned unfairly?

You have come to the right place! In this section of the forum you may post an appeal to your ban. However, there are some things you should know before posting:

1. If you've already posted an application DO NOT POST AGAIN. If you still feel as if you have been banned unfairly, send us a private message.
2. You MUST copy/paste the format below into your post, and answer EVERY SECTION to the best of your ability. Applications posted in the wrong format will be disregarded.
3. You HAVE TO include a screenshot of your "reason for ban" screen in your post. This is the screen that appears when you try to log in to the server. If you cannot take a screenshot for any reason, you can type out the EXACT TEXT you see when you try to join the server.
4. Signing onto the server under another account name, telling a member of staff you have made an appeal, or to go check your appeal, will result in your ban appeal being denied.
