yes heiwajima that was a typo the latest stable pixelmon is 3.0.4 this is what the server is running on right now but after the update you will need pixelmon 3.1 which you can get on the official pixelmon website >> pixelmonmod.com <<

if you look by there name they are also trusted on that site. With other Cracked launchers i have found Trojans and other tracking viruses. My suspicions are mojang has released a few cracked launchers to track its users and servvers they join.

PS: that launcher auto updates when TE releases a new update.
