And yes troll, I agree, I would take my leave as well, As for I have spent most of my time since when I first joined, shiny hunting, mball grinding, legend hunting, and training. To have that all deleted is a big blow. I would not want to lose all of my pokes.

While I agree with your guys views and I understand what it means to grind hundreds of hours into the server, I can only say this. The economy as it sits, is extremely broken. It really comes down to 2 situations. Soft reset = predetermined, broken economy. Hard reset = New, fixed economy.

Lets weigh the points.....

Soft reasons why:
-Keep all pokemon.
-Won't bitch until the server starts lagging again

Soft reasons why not:
-Eco will be fucked
-Many exploits to keep items (money) via pokemon
-Less entertaining than a Hard reset.

Hard reasons why:
-Breeding reset (meaning chance for eco-shift)
-Puts everyone on a fair level (besides donors, however if you payed $20 you'd be up with the $20 donors)
-Gets rid of power hungry individuals that don't want reset

Hard reasons why not:
-"I'll lose my pokemon!"

I do want a hard reset and i understand why a lot of people don't. Yet i feel its necessarily just due to how many people have a lot of pokemon compared to some who have none. I feel itll level the battlefield so more people can battle each other since we will all have lower level. Also to maybe make hard reset not make as many people upset maybe you could give people a choice of a non legendary pokemon they could get for free after reset? I dont know its just an idea that i think would let people be happier with that.

It would take Jay way to much time to give everyone one pokemon they want. However, I know giving everyone the same pokemon is possible.

Hard Reset!
Its a game after all! It needs to be competitive and fun! Its purpose is not to have power and do nothing..
Even some veterans i think would like a new start to feel the game again as it must be...The game should not just be a market..The travel is better than the destination! If you think you are a good trainer you must vote hard reset!!

And as far as having an "unfair" advantage over new players, that's just life folks. There's nothing wrong with an older player having more/better pokes than a newer player. Those are the benefits to being a senior, loyal player. Stuff can be replaced and structures can be rebuilt, but the Pokemon are significantly more difficult to reproduce again. My 2 cents. #SoftReset
yeah I agree. I spent like 2 weeks breeding absols for 6iv absol, I have 2, I do not want to lose my 5iv HA jolly sala that Im breeding for 6iv. And I have hunted hours and days and weeks for shinies and legends

The thing is, the economy. All money is being reset... and since breeder have high IV pokemon.... they can make prices very high like they are now... a hard reset would make sure that wouldn't happen.
A hard reset would just resend all donations WHICH would send in the 1k pokedollars people donated for
making them have an advantage of being rich, no matter if they were new or old

Perhaps an alternative could work? I think that a hard reset would be fun, but it loses sight of what the pokemon games are about. In Every pokemon games except for R/S/E, you were able to transfer pokemon between generations going forward, allowing you to continue to adventure with your favorite pokemon. However, the systems to transfer pokemon in these games were always either time consuming or difficult, resulting in you only transferring a few pokemon that you treasured, rather than your whole PC. I think that something similar would be ideal, if possible. In order to translate this to pixelmon, I would say that players should be able to transfer maybe 3 of their most prized pokemon or perhaps their whole party but not keep the contents of their PC.
