When you guys reset the server my two pokemon wasn't there

I donated on my favorite server for a shiny groudon and a Kyoger or something else 20$ I was upset when I log I haven't login in a year so when I told user the Adim he said to report it and show him the paper but i don't remember my account so can u any thing about it because I don't want to spend 20$ more to get the same Pokemon again can you do anything about it please from Call_Me_andy46
