Limitless Pixelmon

I currently bought a raiku in the limitless mc store and realized there was a problem when I didn't get it. Apparently I typed in the wrong username for the purchase (andrew71) instead of andrew904. I'm so worried please help me i've been saving up for that all month

I went on today, and didn't receive my raiku. I had a suspicion when the wrong skin for my name came up on the donation page. I went on later to see if it was a glitch, but the same thing happened. Do I have to transfer from accounts, because the skin was from two years ago. Please help and I appreciate the efforts
