I bought a Rayquaza around 1:30 am Central Time, and hasn't appeared in my inventory after 30 mins. A server moderator told me that the store might be down. What does this mean for the money I spent on a Rayquaza, and will the transaction be completed in the morning, or did i just get screwed out of the $15 because your store was closed?

Well, it depends. Were you online when you bought it? If not, then how could it be delivered?
