Shiny Rayquaza

So i recently made a purchase for a shiny Rayquaza; i figured if i purchase another one, it might shove the other one i made last night through, and i can get what i PAID for. But since it popped in chat that i bought a Shiny Rayquaza, everyone has seen it, but i still do not have the pokemon's kinda getting aggravated over this. $24 and i get nothing.

Yes i did; sorry, I was online during both purchases. and i have $24 worth of transactions on my account to prove it.
