Groudon spawned right before a restart and I wasn't able to catch before it restarted.

I think before they can help, you would need some sort of proof that it did spawn before the restart. That way there's proof of this happening, rather than just "saying" it happened just to get a free Groudon. Aside from that, I wish you good luck and hopefully you don't get unlucky again
