You may not have pixelmon dark at the top of your resource pack list, move it to the top.

Either that or it is competing for some reason. My recommendation would be to remove pokeballers from your loaded resource packs and see if that fixes the issue.

Nope It did not work as you can see I removed the pokeballers resource pack

Dude, You forgot to update, You are using V0.2, Current update is V0.5 (or something like that)

im guessing (but im pretty sure) that its rei's minimap and the white dots indicates mobs, doesnt say what mobs it is its the same for both hostile,passive,modded mobs and squids (cant tell)
